What Wink is
Wink is a growth platform for local businesses in Egypt: cafés, bakeries, retail shops, salons and more. Customers tap an NFC placard (or scan a QR) at the counter to collect stamps and points toward rewards, while merchants get a live customer CRM, push notifications and geofenced offers that bring people back. For customers the app is free forever. Partner shops fund the rewards because loyal customers are worth it.
How it works
Tap the little Wink placard on the counter (or scan its QR), and a stamp or points land on your card instantly. Fill a card to unlock a reward, and visit two days in a row to start a streak that unlocks bigger perks: a bonus stamp at 3 days, double points at 7, VIP access at 14, and an exclusive badge at 30. Every café you love lives in one wallet on your phone.
Built for Egypt
Wink is fully bilingual (English and Egyptian Arabic, with full right-to-left support) and works on every phone: newer devices tap with NFC, and any phone can show or scan a QR. Signing up takes under a minute with just a phone number and a name, no password.
For merchants
Run a café, shop or salon in Cairo? Wink replaces paper punch-cards with a tap, builds a customer book while you serve, and lets you reach the right customer at the right moment: a push after a quiet week, or an offer when they walk near your shop. You can become a launch partner and we’ll set you up with a Wink placard before we go live.
